2. Hair, Skin & Body Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair, skin, and body products are non-returnable.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of the delivery for a replacement or full refund.
3. Clothing & Accessories
Clothing items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery if unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Perfume, Cologne Fragrance Products
Due to hygiene regulations, perfume, cologne, and fragrance products cannot be returned once opened.
